I love hot chocolate, so much so that for many years now I have been travelling around the world in search of the ultimate hot chocolate. What started as a love for hot chocolate has turned into what my friends call an obsession. I am a trained chocolatier (Ecole Chocolate) and chocolate taster (Level 2 International Institute of Chocolate and Cocoa Tasting). I also work with cafes and chocolate companies and organise chocolate related field trips. More importantly, I use chocolate as a way of raising awareness about sustainability issues and vice versa.
